I have been a customer at Bromtons for the last 20 years. The whole team, Sarah, George, Jack and David, are always friendly and helpful. They're very kind, very welcoming and always listen, and go above and beyond to help. I would recommend Bromptons to anyone.

I've been coming here for the last 3 years and I can highly recommend them. Excellent service and everyone is so lovely and helpful there, they really take their time getting you the right glasses and them fitted. You are always welcomed in the shop with a smile on their faces and quickly attended to if you need any help. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing service and a wide range of frames!

Thank you for helping me fixed my glasses! You have so much confidence and skills even though there was a high chance of snapping it because of the distorted n flimsy state it was in! Imagine traveling without my glasses! I would like to thank you for going out of your way to help this damsel in distress! While in the shop I noticed how cool the sunglasses are, and after your good recommendations and kind patience, I bought a lovely pair of shades home! Amazing service! I only popped in on the off chance having tried for many years at trying to get a pair of glasses that would suit me and feel comfortable and George was brilliant. He was so honest, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend Bromptons!

I've had a great experience with these guys. True professionals. I've had problems with high street opticians that Bromptons we're able to put right at their expense. I now have a perfect pair of specs because of these guys. Now I won't go anywhere else
