Amazing all-round experience with Total Orthodontics Brighton. Appointment booked in for three days after I phoned up, friendly receptionists, the Orthodontist and Assistant were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable, they sorted out my issue very quickly and carefully. Honestly best customer service I've encountered, left feeling really positive :))

I was very impressed on my first visit. All the reception staff are friendly yet totally professional, especially Lorraine who has been particularly helpful. Well, then I met Richard, he really is everything you've read about him. I can not recommend him enough. He has amazing expertise, knowledge, patience, listening skills and a professional caring attitude. If you need to make a decision he will lead you confidently to make the right one. The result was excitingly good. I only had minor treatment, yet he made me feel it was important and the after care has been amazing too. Keep going Richard - you can never retire!!!!!

Have used this practice for both my children and has been very successful each time. Smooth process which is explained well each time. All staff are lovely too.
