I had an excellent appointment today. emily was very knowledgeable, engaging and helpful in getting me on the road back to full health. her feedback and emails afterwards were very informative and all made sense of why i was feeling like i was.

Annie was very clear, competent and professional. i left with clear goals and realistic expectations for recovery. only my first session with annie but so far, highly recommend.

I've had shoulder and neck stress problems/pain for the past 35 years caused by intensive keyboard/screen work. already after only 2 sessions with annie, the physio and exercises i have been given have greatly improved my posture and stress levels. i would have no hesitation in recommending annie to any of my family or friends and i feel very fortunate to have found such a gifted physio.

Annie ray is exceptional at what she does. she was so kind, supportive and informative about everything. she helped me find out what i was dealing with and quickly came up with a solution, management plan and treatment for me. i was nervous and burned out from stress, lack of sleep and vertigo when i saw her and she took exceptional care of me. i hugely appreciate the care i received and would recommend to anyone!

Annie is truly wonderful. she is an absolutely fantastic physio, exceptionally gifted, and such a lovely person. she’s been supporting me with my neck/upper shoulder/hand injuries since march 2022. after every session i feel a lot less tense, all the information she gives is incredibly informative and she helps me understand about how the body works - me having not come from a scientific background at all. i am a very anxious person and she makes me feel relaxed and safe. we have such great chats too! i would happily recommend annie to anyone in the blink of an eye and would always go back to her if needed, knowing i am in the best care possible. honestly she’s outstanding! thank you annie :)
