Franco Manca Brighton

Their dough is incredible, absolute thing of beauty. Gorgeously chewy, foldable and light. Pomodoro sauce is rich and flavourful. Got a great deal where they threw in a garlic pizza and a couple of dips, the nduja dip was a lovely little tongue tingler. Only complaint was a little more cheese would have been amazing, but can't fault them on the taste of the pizza. Very well made sourdough pizza.

Our son and his family was staying in Brighton on holiday from Finland. Lovely to see a proper pizza oven. Food and drinks came quite quickly and tasty and fresh. It was family friendly too with high chairs and a kids menu. Service was good and when asked for some cucumber cut up for our granddaughter it was not a problem at all and arrived promptly. There were colouring pencils on the table too.

Franco Manca Brighton has a great atmosphere and all 3 children finished their plates. Maria was just lovely and we can’t wait to come back as a family. Cameron was really friendly and welcoming, they obviously have a great team! See you all again soon! Oh and the Pizza was the best we had ever had fresh and full of flavour. If you’re looking for a family friendly restaurant with great service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys!

I managed to grab a picture of one of the pizzas we had before we demolished all of the food we ordered We have eaten at other Franco mancas previously however this one is Way better, the pizzas were so good. “The best pizza I have ever had” was muttered several times around the table The beef ragú pizza in particular was crazy good (a lasagne pizza) Maria and Cameron and a waitress that I didn’t catch the name of were all so attentive and made the experience even better, the food came out in great time Honestly the best meal out my family have had in a while Definitely worth a visit Probably see me back in there when you do

Hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had! And if you follow my Google reviews, I am an avid pizza eater! Everything about it was delicious and cooked to perfection! The chef even made it into a heart as we were sat at a table where we could talk to him, which was a nice added touch. Their chilli sauce is tasty and obviously, I had added burrata. Prices were so reasonable with a nice selection of beers, wine and cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be returning.
