A New You

Staff are friendly, approachable and professional, with years of experience. the premises are clean and well appointed. it was my first treatment at a new you but i was welcomed as a valued client. my only reservation is that at my follow-up appointment, the final treatment did not quite produce the result i had hoped for.

Outstanding results! i had treatment for skin lesions which have been bothering me for a long time, the procedure is also known as skin tag removal. the treatment was quick, using the latest plasma pen technology from the us. the recovery rate was remarkable! within a week, the scars had virtually all disappeared!!! more importantly, jackie knows this domain inside out, and the supporting team are also amazing :-)

My first visit this afternoon. daniella was lovely, i had the hydra facial which i really enjoyed, very please with the immediate difference to my skin. my mother who i live with and rarely notices things commented twice how great my skin looked (she didn't know i'd had a facial). everything was explained in detail to me which made me feel secure and in safe hands. as daniella mentioned there is some redness now visible from the laser patch test. i'm looking forward to seeing the effects after that has died down and i am looking forward to going back next week already for another treatment.

Mole removal. i had a mole removal process about 3 months ago. on the whole i was very happy with the service, procedures and results. i found my practitioner very courteous and thoughtful as i unfortunately suffer a great amount of anxiety and was a bit of a needy patient. she couldn't have been kinder. i am happy with the results, the moles along my jawline have been reduced by at least 90% in size and are no longer coloured. i will be having more removed in future and am happy to recommend a new you.

Having recurrent issues with xanthelasma under my eyes that chemical treatment didn't resolve i contacted a new you because i had read that the plasma pen can be an effective and affordable option instead of surgery... danielle was excellent - taking care to check if it was the right treatment as she hadn't used it for that issue but after first trying laser therapy first (only with minor success) then we moved to the plasma pen and after 2 sessions it's worked brilliantly! we're both thrilled and importantly i felt cared for as she didn't embark on treating me until she was sure that it wouldn't scar (patch tests etc). i'm really happy with the results and know now what needs to be done if it comes back! thank you 🙏
