One of the friendliest and most helpful letting agents. Clarity made special arrangements for me to collect the keys, as I could only arrive to move in out of hours, which was very appreciated. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and helpfully: Imogen arranged for a plumber to make a repair the next day. Overall very happy.
