European Recruitment

The company gave me two employers. I participated at all interviews and got an offer. In overall the communication with the ER was convenient and resulting. Special thanks to Felix Mushore he was ready to help with everything and provided with a lot of support.

I had the pleasure to be assisted by Darren Nye from the European Recruitment Brighton during the recruiting process I went through with the Company that hired me at the beginning of January 2023. I was introduced to Darren by a former Colleague of mine which was initially contacted by Darren for a 3GPP standard delegate position. Just after our brief introductory phone call during which Darren provided me with all the necessary information to evaluate the open position in the Company, I noticed Darren's great professionalism and his availability to intercept and clarify all my doubts over a wide range of issues, from the ones strictly related to the position itself (e.g. salary, benefits) to the ones concerning the work-life balance. During my professional life I've been contacted by several recruiters but none of them reached Darren's valuable characteristics, both human and professional. What I really appreciated from Darren was that, once starting my new career in the Company, I occasionally received e-mails from him asking me some updates on my new job and how things were going in the Company...another sign that Darren is not a "simple" recruiter but he goes beyond such role.
