I sent Red Robin an email saying that i was looking to change career, within an hour Will Vergano had called me, discussed my future goals and had applied for several vacancies after discussing each role in detail and making sure i was happy to proceed with each one. Over the next couple of weeks I had multiple interviews of which Will helped my prepare for without fail every time and after every interview was just as keen to hear how it went and to get my personal feedback. If Will was not available (Very rare occurrence btw) Vicky Wilson was first to step in and made time to help and was just as supportive! Within 3 weeks i had been made an offer and after a discussion with Will about options i chose to accept! The level of professionalism, detail and drive is beyond anything i have ever experienced with any recruitment agency. Could not recommended Red Robin enough. Will was extremely proactive in contacting me after I applied on indeed and had sorted me two interviews before he went on holiday.
