Glen was a breath of fresh air amid a stress of a broken alarm system. finding a quality person is tough at the best of times let alone when you have a high pitched alarm going off. glen has been beyond helpful, resolving the issue with expertise, professionalism and honesty. i have no reservations in recommending him and will use his services going forward.
