Languard Alarms

I've had my alarm for 8 years, fitted when I first moved to Brighton. I added a door entry system a few years ago. The service and quality of work throughout has been fantastic, and I was prompted to leave this review by the most recent example of service for a non-urgent alert. The engineer was out in record time, the fault cleared in minutes. Everything was handled professionally and courteously, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm so impressed with this great company, and their wonderful service.

We used Languard Alarms to install a fire alarm and emergency lighting system in the communal areas of our terraced house which is subdivided into privately owned flats. This was a pretty complex piece of work as it needed to fulfil some very specific details in the FRA, which required detectors and sounders in each of the flats. I contacted a dozen or so companies and got loads of quotes and Languard were by far the most competitive. They were very patient as I asked lots of questions in order to compare quotes/system designs and while I discussed it all with the other freeholders. They had good availability, allowing us to pick the dates most convenient for us within the FRA's time limit. The installers were friendly and did a neat job in just three days, navigating our building's complicated layout, and avoiding the hazardous pipes/wires in the cavity walls. All in all a great job and I'd recommend!

I've been with Languard for about 23 years and have had nothing but first class service from them . Today, my decorators damage cabling to the alarm which sent it off! A call to Languard resulted in one of their engineers coming to me within 45 minutes! Great service, thank you.
