We went in twice today and the staff both times were absolutely brilliant! So nice and a wide selection of shoes. Would highly recommend 💯
Went to pick up an order and ended up going at a very busy time. When I asked about the order I was told it could be a bit of a wait due to the rush of customers but they still had my order to me within a minute or 2. Didn't get the name of the person who helped me but they were wearing a Green Day American Idiot t-shirt. They were super helpful and friendly, answering every question I had with a positive attitude (as someone who works in retail I know how hard that can be when working in a busy shop). If you were the guy wearing the Green Day t-shirt, thankyou for the great customer service! (also incredible taste in music)
All the employees of Schuh kids are very helpful and knowledgeable! Helped me to get the first pair of shoes for my little one. They have been very patient with both me and my little one. A 5 stars service!
