I decided to give this place a second chance after a bad experience last year. the '90 minute' deep tissue massage was actually pretty good, but lasted only 75 minutes. the therapist explained that the 90 minutes is based on how long you're in the room, not the duration of the massage. clearly my time filling out forms upstairs and going to the bathroom beforehand somehow set the clock ticking, even though i'd arrived ten minutes early to allow for this. not worth nearly £100 i'm afraid. won't be returning.

Amazing service from anna! she was so helpful in helping me find exactly the right facial aesthetic treatment i wanted and explained everything perfectly. i will definitely be going back for more aesthetic treatments with her in the future! she was very helpful and very professional the entire time.

Took my parents here for a massage and they had a great time! she (i wish i knew her name!) was super lovely and had great service, but also really kind and welcoming. i honestly cannot wait to come back and try a massage or manicure myself! will be bringing my friends along for sure. thank you so much :) i couldn't recommend any less than great.
