I recently visited the Decathlon bike shop and had a fantastic experience. Ramirez was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect bike for my daughter and even gave us tips on properly maintaining it. There was no pressure to purchase more expensive or unnecessary products. Ramirez had our best interests in mind, making the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend this bike shop for its excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.

The guys in the cycling department went well out of their way to help me source an ebike which had sold out. Especially Ben the technician who fixed a fault in it! Great service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks
