Runners Need Brighton

I went here for doing my gait analysis. The staff was very helpful and they explained the gait analysis process first followed by advice about which type of shoe I should go with. I was also notified about various discounts and offers currently going on.

Poor. Ignored by the one person working, who was serving someone else but didn’t even acknowledge our presence. Waited a few minutes and then left, mentioning the lack of service at the desk downstairs…the response was indifference. A real shame.

Great attention. Went for running shoes and the person that was in the store showed a lot of options that could work for me, explained all the factors for the shoes and did a gait test. It was really nice experience.

Really great service in measuring my gait analysis and buying new running shoes. Assistant store manager was very helpful and knowledgable. Even though pair I wanted were not in stock, it was no trouble to locate another pair and arrange delivery to my home address. Will definitely be back again to buy my next new pair!

Fantastic service from Eleanor in the store. I have size 13 feet and was told by a nice ship assistant that they didn't have anything in my size (like every other shop on the high street). I was going to walk out and she caught me and said she would go and check. 5 minutes later she came back with 3 pairs in my size and because of here ended up spending £135 in runners world with fantastic service. Really happy with the purchase and would definitely go back if I needed anything else.
