Chamuyo Brighton

Chamuyo is a hidden gem in Brighton for anyone craving a taste of authentic Argentinian cuisine. During our recent visit, we had the pleasure of savouring their delicious 250gms rump steaks, and they were a true delight. Cooked to perfection, each bite was juicy, tender, and packed with flavour. It was evident that great care went into preparing the steaks just the way we liked them. The chimichurri sauce at Chamuyo deserves special mention. It was a wonderful accompaniment to the steaks, with its zesty and herb-infused flavours elevating the overall dining experience. Additionally, the Argentinian sausage was bursting with flavours and added an extra dimension to our meal. The ambience of Chamuyo was cosy and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the menu, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're in Brighton and seeking a taste of Argentina, Chamuyo is a fantastic choice. Their delicious rump steaks and flavorful sides will satisfy your cravings for authentic Argentinian cuisine.

We had a Groupon, it was ok but would suggest ordering starters if you are hungry as the 500g steak for 2 is quite small and you will definitely not get all you can eat chips as it would take ages. It's a nice little restaurant with good food though.

Great Service and Welcoming staff! I got the best birthday dinner experience here! And most of all amazing quality food. I'd love to go again. Thanks for the balloon and the celebration song!

Nice and busy place you can tell it is one of The place to go and have something after a long day, the food quality is good The ambiance in the restaurant and the staff are efficiently welcome and helpful, we did not have any booking but Martin doubled check if he can squeeze us somewhere and make us wait a little.. we don’t regret waiting, The Argentine steakhouse is one the restaurant I can go again and again to eat. Martin was a great help and was around if needed, really professional all of you guys (waitresses and chef included). I recommend it ++, big time
