Big Yellow Self Storage Brighton

Can't imagine storage places get much better than this. Lauren found me a great deal - in fact all the staff were really helpful and nice - I even got a cup of tea!! Highly recommended.

Lauren and maddie provided massive help in getting me a storage unit. Good prices, easy to set up and get going with direct debit etc. wry informative and very helpful in getting my things inside and out whenever I need. Can’t recommend big yellow enough for all their help and expertise !! Thanks again guys will be recommending to everyone I know who needs storage.

my experience at Big Yellow was lovely! I'd never done anything like this before so it could have been quite difficult to navigate, but was made incredibly simple by the lovely Charlie. he walked us through the way everything works in an understandable manner, and was just a very personable member of staff. it was quiet, so there was no rush anywhere and my partner and I left feeling very contented with our service :)

Great service! Charlie and Maddie where exceptional in explaining all I had to know. As a first time customer, I was really surprised when, few days before the move, Charlie called me asking if I had any questions about the practicality of moving in. Maddie is a new member of the team but if I hadn't got told I wouldn't have said so for her great skills. The building feels super safe and clean. Great customer service, highly recommend if you need to store your goods short or long term. Vince
