Excellent service! We paid three months up front and got the first two half off and a free pick up and delivery of our stuff to the storage unit. Matt was incredibly helpful packing the van and helping us Tetris our furniture into the unit, would absolutely recommend.

Having booked a storage locker for my student daughter I was a little concerned that it wasn’t going to be big enough. Tim helped us unload the car and packed it in the locker for us and it was perfect. The facility itself is clean and modern and well climate controlled which was great in the current hot weather. Tim explained all the charges and documentation and gave us contact details for someone to help her move back to her new accommodation. Henfield storage also represents good value for money as well as friendly service.

I was in desperate need for storage and Henfield gave me everything I wanted. The staff/customer service were all very friendly and very easy to communicate with. I understood everything that I needed to do and what was going to happen. The quality of my storage unit was good and the price ( free transport as I booked for 3 months ) was good considering the high standard of the service. Finally, I was very impressed with the efficiency and ease at which my goods were transported. I was able to move all my belongings and store them within a 4 hours which was good as I could then enjoy the rest of my day. I am very pleased with every part of my experience Henfield Storage and would highly recommend it to anybody within the Brighton area.
