Used brighton city chauffeur as a late night/early morning service from gatwick airport. found it to be an excellent service. easy communication and a smooth booking process. the car was lovely and our driver, jetmir, was superb and very courteous. booked relatively last minute and price was good. would definitely recommend and will be using again.

I absolutely have nothing negative to say. they are complete professionals! both times i have used the airport transfer service my pickup has been prompt, the ride has been smooth, and the overall experience is stress free. i highly recommend using this service if you’re looking for a chauffeur service in the brighton area.

I used brighton city chauffeur to get from london heathrow to hove, east sussex on 29th july 2023 and can confirm they are excellent. i’d researched a number of car services with bad reviews and i’m so glad i found bcc. after a 20+ hour flight from hong kong and the usual baggage reclaim delays, i was just relieved to be met with a friendly smile of my driver, jetmir. the booking process is easy and the day before i whatsapped them to confirm and when i landed, jetmir called to check my whereabouts and he waited patiently until my luggage arrived. jetmir drove a mercedes estate, extremely comfortable and after a chat i was soon asleep and with a blink of an eye, i was at home. amazing service, great driver. highly recommend bcc and jetmir in particular.

Highly recommend this company. have used them several times for gatwick and heathrow airport transfers. great communication, courteous and professional. vehicles are always premium and spotless too.
