Very good taxi driver. No problems apart from being a bit late which was beyond his control. Apologised. Vehicle was clean and confortable

Taxi arrived 8 minutes late with no explanation or apology. Appreciate that it is not the driver’s fault. At the time he should have arrived the app was saying assigning driver. For an early morning airport pick up I expect the taxi to arrive at the time booked.

Fantastic service thank you. Vulnerable old man we found stranded in Steyning needing to get back to Brighton. Swift collection and dropped to door and call from Salim to confirmed he was safely in his house. Thank you all x
