Travel Nation

I used travelnation service to build my roud-the-world flight ticket. My family and I (2 adults and 2 children) traveled for a year around the world from Jan 2022 to Jan 2023, i.e. during Covid. I am definitely happy with travelnation, especially with Liz who supported us. First of all, due to Covid, I had to wait for the very last minute before booking all tickets (2 weeks prior to departure). I tried to contact some other agencies focused on multi-destination long-lasting trips. Others told me it was just not possible with boarder closure. Only Tranvelnation made the effort to build a quote matching my itinerary (including Africa) Then I had to modify quite a few time my bookings while traveling. As said in the general terms, I had to pay taxes if changing an airport. But that said, Liz managed to get refunds for cancelled flights as well as found interesting flights so my overall budget was almost not impacted. During such a long trip, there were also unexpected flight changes. Whatever the day and whatever the time, I was able to get someone from Travelnation over the phone in a minute to get assistance. And at the end, we were never stucked anywhere and we felt travelnation's team really cared! Quite a long comment to say how happy I am about travelnation during our trip of a lifetime. Highly recommended.

In 2016, Trave Nation arranged a multi country trip that was originally planned for my partner and myself. He sadly passed away suddenly, a few weeks before we were set to travel. Their compassion and kindness at this time was outstanding. They sprung into action to refund all the expenses and I got every penny back. I didn't have to spend a minute worrying about it and was left to grieve my loss. Some 6 months later, I decided to go it alone. They planned an amazing round the world trip for me with great price points that allowed me to keep the majority of my budget for spending. It was the best decision I ever made. I would 100% recommend Travel Nation.

We did a family trip around the world during 9 months. Liz and Veronique help us to define the best around the world ticket for the whole family. They never to seel us more our needs. We met some issue before the first flight and Liz was very reactive, always available (even late in the evening), gave us excellent advice. We had some helath issue during the trip and they were very helpful. We changed our mind several times regarding the dates of the flights and made the arrangements always quickly and kindly.
