TUI

I have been on 2 all inclusive holidays to the Balaeric Islands in the last year with Tui and am looking forward to planning next year's holidays with them as well. The staff have always been extremely helpful and I haven't had a single problem from the planning stage to flights, the resort or excursions.

We only ever book in the TUI store when we want a holiday. Today we booked with Fern who was friendly, took time to ensure we booked the holiday we wanted and that we got the best deal. All the staff at TUI store Brighton are lovely and really add that personal touch!

Fantastic Customer Service from Brighton shop. Always on hand if needed, very polite friendly and professional, i wouldn’t travel with any other company now, Tui is my no 1 travel agent. Highly recommend

We went to the Brighton TUI shop purely to find out more about a holiday (we weren't planning on booking that day). However Shannon was so helpful, giving us so much useful information about the location, and providing us with the best pricing and options etc, that we ended up booking the holiday there and then. I popped into the TUI branch in Brighton on Sunday to enquire about a holiday for early next year. I was greeted by Yasmin who was very polite and friendly and more than happy to talk us through our different options.
