Affable, highly skilled and professional I needed to have my reading chair cushion backs rebuttoned after taking them off for cleaning and googled upholsterers close to me. Alex invited me to his wonderful workshop and did the work whilst I waited. He made me feel at ease and engaged me in conversation whilst he did the job.
