Lovely and friendly staff. super helpful and reassuring too. our dog actually loves going there and getting all the attention.

I'm delighted with the support i've received from medivet so far. staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to put up with my (insescent) questions. everyone appears to be on top of things, with good communication between members of the team - which makes a refreshing difference. with appointment confirmations and reminders, medivet makes it easy to keep up with my kittens' care. pricing is clear and transparent, and i'd recommend the pet healthcare plan as providing excellent value. click to copy

Fantastic experience with this vet. my kitten had an emergency and my usual vet was unavailable. they squeezed me in for an emergency appointment late on a friday afternoon and it couldn’t have been better. the reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the vets themselves were brilliant. very patient and understanding and an all round great experience in what was a stressful situation. would highly recommend to anyone and wish i’d found them sooner. 5 stars

Everyone is just so lovely, and the vet was just incredible with my cats. and cats are not easy! plus, they are honest and professional and do not try to upsell products and treatments which are not necessary. i am very happy to have picked this practice to register my kids. fully recommend :)

I am pleased to share my positive experience with the customer care at my vet's. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit stress-free. the veterinary nurses were knowledgeable, skilled and caring. henry, the veterinary surgeon, was exceptional. he had a calming presence that put both me and my dog fraser at ease. i appreciate his expertise and am grateful for the care he provides.
