New Priory Vets Brighton

Fantastic service, couldn't praise more highly. Received wonderful care from all the lovely vets, (Sophie, Polly, Martina, Nicky) nurses and receptionists when my dear cat Monkey needed emergency surgery and I was unable to travel to my usual vet's out-of-hours practice. So supportive, completely sympathetic and understanding. She was treated so well, and I was kept updated regularly and given realistic feedback on her progress. Happily she made a full recovery. I have now registered both of our cats with New Priory for all of their care.

I have just transferred my dog, Shadow over to New Priory Vets and I am overwhelmed by the amazing service already. Shadow is reactive and really struggles at the vets, and the ladies here have made myself and shadow incredibly comfortable. I made the right choice to transfer him and i am so grateful that there are people so kind and gentle to be around my dog. Expecially the lovely lady from reception who has made our time easy from the moment we stepped foot inside! I believe her name is Charis (I hope i got this right!) Thank you New Priory

I brought my family dog in as an emergency after he had been attacked and was not registered at a vets down in Brighton. All of the staff were so warm and welcoming and I knew my dog was in the safest hands. The lovely receptionist made me a cup of tea as I was a bit shaken up and they were great at communicating about my dogs condition when I had to leave him overnight to have surgery. I truly can't thank them enough.
