Top cat is an amazing cat specialist veterinary surgery. they treated me and my cat molly with such respect and kindness at the end of her life. they have chipped and neutered all 3 of my rescues, i will always recommend this surgery for cats in brighton, east sussex.

Having used 5 other vets in the brighton area, i won't go anywhere else now. the level of empathy and caring is on a completely different level here. a long un rushed sit down talk through all the medication and aftercare. can't recommend enough.

When i first started fostering cats for the local cats protection charity i attended top cat. i eventually adopted one of my foster cats so continued attending tc even although my own 2 cats were registered with a different vet. sadly those 2 cats passed away. going forward i will continue to use tc because they only deal with cats and rabbits but not dogs, so this makes it a calmer waiting room. all the vets are excellent and realistic about treatment and cost and they're all lovely people. charlotte and the other nurses are friendly, reassuring and good at what they do. the reception staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. the place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. there are parking spaces outside and it's on a good bus route. i'd thoroughly recommend this practice. 😊
