It was very easy to arrange my window clean with Albion. They were very responsive with their communication whilst trying to establish the scope of the job. Once arranged, Albion arrived on time and provided the service to a high standard . Payment was only made once the job was complete and we were satisfied with the service received. I had a very positive experience, excellent customer service. They are very responsive to requests, got in touch via checkatrade and then whattsap (Pete). I really appreciated quick and specific responses to queries. Once we set up a date I received a text notification of the time slot which was very helpful. The cleaning person (Sonny) arrived in time and worked very diligently and thoroughly, but also quickly and with minimum disruption to my day. I definitely recommend them.
