SPACE Yoga Studio

I cannot put into words how special this studio is. the quality of teachers, variety of classes, the integrity they have to the yogic philosophy beyond just a physical asana practice. i have tried so many studios in brighton and hove but space surpasses them all. this place feels like home and you are treated like family, no matter your ability. if you want to sweat, come, if you want to feel all gooey and grounded, come, if you want to lie in child’s pose and have a good cry, come! i cannot recommend it enough.

So spicy and delicious class with catia! it's been a while since my mat opened up as a mirror to teach me things about myself. you had no choice but to lean into discomfort and find yourself in the space you created for yourself. gifted moments!! thank you!

I have been to many, *many* yoga studios. the specialness of this place is evident in many ways: the approach to instruction; the immense care that obviously goes into the care of the space; the breadth of experience that is welcome here…it feels like a space to belong, to delight, and to grow.

What a magical place! i attended two classes here while visiting brighton for the weekend and would honestly consider moving to brighton just to be closer to this studio - i’m very sad that i live 5 hours away! a lovely clean and calming studio with mats provided which made my life even easier while travelling. the classes were the perfect balance of spiritual and philosophical, yet fun and not too serious. if you live in brighton or are just there for a brief visit, don’t miss the opportunity to give space a try!
