Yoga in the Lanes

This was my third time practicing hot yoga , I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered and had the pleasure of meeting Simon. Great mind and body workout feel amazing will definitely be going back !

You simply MUST come and try the barre classes here! Martha and Freya are such great teachers and I always feel that I get a fantastic workout. I look forward to the barre classes all week - they are challenging but so worth it.

I have attended 10 sessions having not done yoga in years and absolutely loved it. Simon, Bridget, Tula at al are all fabulously supportive & encouraging in helping my practice improve. The studio and facilities are great and the heated room for the hot sessions adds to the challenge & fun!

BridgetAnn is great instructor. I've done yoga in the past, but doing hot yoga this way has really improved my lung capacity in just a couple sessions. I recommend for anyone who is looking to have a deep practice.

I started practising 26/2 hot yoga 13 years ago, practised for years at YITL's old North Street studio and followed YITL to their lovely current studio on Middle Street. This yoga, and these teachers have changed my life! For me, more important than an increase in my strength, flexibility, stamina and agility, has been finding the space to work things out in my mind, to feel better mentally, emotionally and spiritually. No matter how you feel before you go in, you will feel better when you come out! If you feel great before you go in you will be flying when you come out! I hope to practise hot yoga for life and recommend it to anyone, anybody.
