Rare Service. Very rare to get this kind of quality in person service anymore. BAC were professional from the get go. Jason provided a concise informative and competitive quote and obviously prides himself on quality. Open to follow up calls with further questions, polite and friendly. Installation day was wonderful. Both Tom and Rich turned up dead on time and did an exceptional job. So pleased. Went out of their way to look after my home and make me feel comfortable and assured. They even stuck around for a good half hour after completion to take me through instructions and wifi set up. Will be recommending to all my friends who I expect once they see how beautiful and effective my new aircon system is, will doubtless be thinking about having the same thing done. Exceptional.

We shopped around for quotes & options, where we received responses ranging from 3 days work to needing scaffolding. After contacting Bristol Air Conditioning Jason not only quoted slightly cheaper than the others but he confirmed no scaffolding was required and the works would be done within 1 day. True to his word his team arrived on the day before 08:30 and worked non stop till 5, fitting 3 x units into bedrooms and a garden room. The true professionalism of his team was fantastic to witness, and nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up as they worked, they were exceptionally friendly throughout but also praised their employers with how they like working for this team centric business. All work was completed within a day and we absolutely would recommend anyone looking for air conditioning to speak to Jason & his team if you want a premium 5 star service. Had five units recently installed in our property. The quoted price was very reasonable and the fitting team turned up bang on time and were fantastic, they were extremely polite, very tidy and everything was fitted to a high quality. Due to the current spell of weather the units haven't been used a great deal but from brief use they are very quiet and light years from a portable Meaco Air Conditioning unit that I had been previously using
