I cannot praise this company enough. ben and ben (no kidding) the installation engineers of my worcester bosch boiler arrived at 9am and left at 3pm. job done, everything was tidied away, explained and up and running. i had been without hot water and heating for 3 weeks. i would like to thank sam and the team for a highly professional job and would recommend this company to anyone. thank you
Very impressed with skill and professionalism of the invictus engineers who replaced my hot water tank and upgraded the heating system. they completed a high quality installation on time. i recommend invictus and will definitely use them again.
Excellent work undertaken. i contacted invictus about replacing the gas pipe into my flat. richard turned up within the hour to view and measure up the job and provided me with a quote that evening. the work was undertaken quickly and professionally and to a high standard. i will definitely use invictus again.
Our house needed a new central heating system and radiators fitted and after much research and getting quotes from various companies we chose to give the work to invictus mechanical ltd. we found the whole process with them to be hassle free and straight from the get go richard was amazing and offered us valuable information to assist with our choices. the work was carried out swiftly and any mess created was cleaned up at the end of each day. we are so impressed with this company that not only would we highly recommend them but we are also going to use them again in the near in the future.
We live where there's a communal underfloor heating system. whenever there's been a fault within our apartment, the attending mechanic from invictus has been polite, friendly and responsive. we've only ever had to wait a while for a repair and that, like many other aspects of 21st century life, was because the part had to be ordered in from abroad - likely to have been more complex since uk left the eu (although i'm no expert). i do know that having this support of an efficient and caring team means the world to a building where older less mobile people are resident. thank you all
