I cannot praise this company enough. Ben and Ben (no kidding) the installation engineers of my Worcester Bosch boiler arrived at 9am and left at 3pm. Job done, everything was tidied away, explained and up and running. I had been without hot water and heating for 3 weeks. I would like to thank Sam and the team for a highly professional job and would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you

Excellent work undertaken. I contacted Invictus about replacing the gas pipe into my flat. Richard turned up within the hour to view and measure up the job and provided me with a quote that evening. Our house needed a new central heating system and radiators fitted and after much research and getting quotes from various companies we chose to give the work to Invictus Mechanical Ltd. We found the whole process with them to be hassle free and straight from the get go Richard was amazing and offered us valuable information to assist with our choices. We live where there's a communal underfloor heating system. Whenever there's been a fault within our apartment, the attending mechanic from Invictus has been polite, friendly and responsive. We've only ever had to wait a while for a repair and that, like many other aspects of 21st Century Life, was because the part had to be ordered in from abroad - likely to have been more complex since UK left the EU (although I'm no expert). I do know that having this support of an efficient and caring team means the world to a building where older less mobile people are resident. Thank you All
