Amazing experience with Certini and my Levo turbo, went in with an issue that was fixed under warranty, and while there another potential issue was noticed and followed up with Specialized leading to that also being fixed under warranty when I may well not have noticed it myself. All done efficiently, all staff were really friendly and welcoming. I’ll certainly be returning for my future mountain hike purchase needs. Thanks David in the workshop and the entire team, am over the moon with the service and my bike :)

Spoke with Sam who was really helpful with discussing how to improve my bike for trails. Wouldn't recommend speaking to any other members of staff as in they lack enthusiasm and they're customer service skills are poor.

Huge thank you to Patrycja for going above and beyond to sort my bike out! My bike's front derailleur was not shifting properly despite a recent service at the Specialized Store so I admit I was initially a bit disappointed to develop this problem so soon after a gold service with lots of new parts fitted including new chain, cassette, and front and rear gear cables. But Patrycja totally compensated for this. She kindly fitted me in the same day and spent a lot of time and effort checking my bike over, even picked up another problem (chain too loose) which she fixed for no extra charge, just to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And I really am now! Thanks again!

Excellent service from Paul who bike fitted my girlfriend for her upcoming triathlon season. Very knowledgeable throughout the service with excellent communication, answered lots of out questions and we never felt rushed. Appreciate the hard work, see you again in the future!
