The team at BTA are excellent, friendly and professional. After my first visit I left with a feeling of confidence, which proved to be well placed. My front bumper needed to be replaced along with lights, due to accidental damage and I also got the car serviced and MOT’d at the same time. An excellent job was done on the repair work, and during the service/MOT everything was individually documented and explained to me – what needed to be done, and what would need to be done in the future. In summary, I always knew what was going on when they had my car as their communication was excellent. Wonderful garage, friendly people and good value. After my experience I will definitely go back there and would recommend them without hesitation!

Came here last week to get our MOT and annual service done. They were very quick to reply by email and easy to get a quote and agree on what needed to be done. When it came to drop off the car they were helpful and easy to work with. They were friendly through the whole process and it felt very thorough. We ended up having to have the tires and brake pads changed but they called to confirm before doing anything and gave quotes at each stage. Afterwards we really noticed a difference in how the car sounded and felt. Very pleased with our whole experience with BTA! Would recommend.

Really pleased with BTA Garage. I've had them fix a few things on my old beater car and have found them to have done really good work for a reasonable price. They're trustworthy, super responsive over text and email, and happy to send pictures to keep me in the loop with what they're finding. I also love that I can book an appointment online, which other garages don't let you do.

Excellent service across the board. Went in for a full service on the car. Team was quick and thorough. Identified a couple other issues with the drive belt and anti-roll bar in the process, were transparent about costs, and did great job fixing them that same afternoon. Car drives and sounds much better for it!
