Green Man Carpet, Hard floor, Rug & Upholstery Cleaners

Using "Green Man" is a breeze from the outset with the excellent Linsey in the back-office responding quickly and efficiently to intial enquiries. (Mine was a bit vague but she dealt with that). Service was available within a ten day window though I'm sure they'd have scheduled earlier if I wanted. Jon arrived on time and got straight on with the job. He did not stop from the moment he arrived. Seemingly he just needs to be primed with good coffee then maintained with fresh water thereafter. The job outcome was excellent. Two sizeable repairs were done to the carpet and then landing, stairs and bedroom cleaned beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend "Green Man".

Jon did an excellent job, both cleaning (very dirty) carpet and repairing awkwardly placed moth damage. I was very pleased to find a firm to complete both tasks at once. I would certainly use Green Man again - recommended.

Pete and Levi did a marvellous job - they were professional and took the job seriously and with care - working hard to remove some of the more ingrained stains. Their pleasant, friendly manner made the whole job a reassuring and enjoyable experience. And the carpets looked amazing when they finished - pretty good after after 4 yrs of renting. Highly recommended!

The whole team at Green Man were fantastic! Customer service right through to Jon the technician who carried out the job. It’s the second time we’ve used them for carpet and floor cleaning and will continue to do so. Would definitely highly recommend as they are eco friendly too!
