Roland was friendly put new battery in my wife's S20 fe and put a Great screen protector on even found the battery for it which was hard to find done a Great job kept me up to date all the time i definitely recommend him

My phone screen was damaged, I rang Roland, he said he could get the screen delivered the next day. I had a phone call the next day saying the screen had arrived, I dropped the phone to Roland and with in 1.5 hr had a call saying it was ready. Excellent service, will use again.

I've been do Dr Fixit a few times over the last couple of years with the samsung tablets I use for business and personal use. Where I've accidentally dropped them and cracked the screens, he's ordered and replaced them and returned them as good as new. I've always had an excellent service given by Roland, he does the work swiftly and for a very good price. He's easy to talk with and has been happy to answer any questions I've had. He's the first person I'd recommend to anyone with a damaged phone or tablet.

Even though I had to charge my iPhone 3 times a day it was still functioning otherwise so I wasn’t quite ready to upgrade, neither did I want to go into town and pay the retailers prices! After reading other positive reviews I decided to give DrFixit a shot. Roland replaced the battery while I waited, he’s professional, friendly and his prices are very reasonable, I would highly recommend.

Friendly service and great repair! My iPad screen was cracked, but also the corner bent in, and Roland managed to nurse it back to health!! Really happy with the result and much cheaper than apple would charge!
