iSmash - Bristol Broadmead

First class service from Iwan, and Dan. Phone was completely repaired within an hour. Couldn't ask for more. 11/10

My Samsung phone died last week, my provider o2 couldn't help, so I took it to a local 3rd party in Bath to have a look at it, the assistant said I had lost all of my 10, 000 images (many for work) from my hard drive and there was no way it could be fixed. I then took it to the Samsung shop in Bristol and they wouldn't touch it because it had been opened by a third party. I was recommended iSmash in Broadmead, Bristol by EE & the technician, Lorenzo couldn't have been more helpful, polite and willing to help if he tried. iSmash took my phone for 24 hrs and have managed to find a way to help me back up all of my images. I can't recommend this company enough, a massive thank you to Lorenzo for all of his hard work and perseverance.

Visited today as my phone had broken. Brilliant customer service! Particular shout out to Euan, who went above and beyond to help me get my phone fixed. He managed to sort it while I waited and he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and made me feel really confident in his skills and experience. Left very happy and with a fixed phone. Great place. Went in for a charging port replacement, but turned out it just needed a really good clean. They checked that first, then they fixed it on the spot and basically saved me £70 quid. I’ve used them before though, for battery replacements and they’re always quick and great quality work.

I was served by Dan who was excellent, replacing the battery of an old iPhone SE and sorting out a stripped screw issue. Worth noting they run all sorts of tests before and after the repair so it is always very clear if the repair has caused extra damages or if these damages were there before. No bad surprises at the end. I would highly recommend iSmash.
