Paul installed our wood burner for us recently. he was professional and completed the work to a high standard. he responded to emails quickly and answered all our questions. we've asked him to quote us for more work and will definitely use him for chimney sweeping each year. we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. important to say that during these odd times he was excellent at wearing a mask and social distancing when we had to be in the same room as him.
Very knowledgable, professional service. paul provided a great breakdown of costs for our installation, so we could choose all the materials / qualities from the hearth to the chimney lining. would highly recommend!
Paul fitted a cap and removed the old gas flu from our chimey as we were having damp issues due to water ingress soaking into the insulation. he also did a smoke test to check for leaks and plugged them up. professional, honest and friendly!
