The new store looks incredible and they have an amazing selection of top brands. I've made many purchases from them over the years and have always been impressed with both the quality of the clothes and the customer service. Great store - highly recommend!

Brilliant service, warm welcoming staff and an affordable price for luxury items. The staff here are extremely helpful and treat you how you expect to be treated when entering a shop such as garment quarter. They were quick to grab items in the size that i requested and honestly couldn't be more helpful! I am from wales and garment quarter makes the trip to bristol worth it!

I purchased a few men's wallets after reading the reviews on Google and other site. The items arrived safely and securely packed within two days of ordering. The items came in a lovely gift bag which was a nice touch. I decided to return some of the items and Alana (customer rep) responded to my e-mail request immediately and provided me a free returns label. I sent the items back and received a refund on the returned items within 3 days. Super fast service and great customer service, will use you guys in the future and hope to visit the store once Covid 19 is over. Thank you.
