The hinge connecting the screen of my laptop to the body broke, so i visited "i love my pc" to get it mended. they quoted a price for the job and told me it'd be ready after 48hrs. they fixed it the very next day and charged me £5.00 less than their original quote! recommended.

These guys are brilliant - friendly, professional, thorough and very reasonably priced. they saved my laptop after she faced a pint of peach squash and i couldn't be happier. the repair took slightly longer than they originally estimated (2.5 weeks instead of 1) but they were unexpectedly busy and frankly i don't think that means they should drop a star.

Very friendly and incredibly helpful. went to the shop to sort out an issue with the sound on my dell laptop and david sorted it in minutes. fantastic customer service and will definitely be back in the future. great customer experience throughout and highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, helpful advice, reasonable prices that are explained. friendly and helpful phone service when i rang up and very well explained advice when choosing a laptop in store. i know nothing about computers and both on the phone and in store customer service was excellent, friendly, and explained the real world application of the different specs for me. i ended up with the perfect laptop for what i needed and have found no difficulties at all with it. after trying another second hand laptop store in bristol and having issues with the laptop and unfriendly customer service it was a relief to find this one! highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic place. i damaged the screen on my newish laptop while travelling. they fitted a new screen within 24 hours at a reasonable price as they happened to have one in stock. very friendly and professional, and i recommend them highly.
