Absolute dream to deal with. Responsive to email, had efficient systems for quoting, choosing a time, changing the time slot when needed and even a 30-minute notice message when Steve was on his way. Quick repair - had correct parts in the van - and talked me through what he'd done afterwards so I could fix it myself next time. If only all services were this efficient!

Steve has come out to our house twice now and we wouldn’t approach anyone else for future works. Recently Steve installed a number of extra double sockets in bedrooms, centralised the ceiling light fitting, installed a wireless switch for the light fitting, and installed new and efficient lights out in our garage. He worked efficiently and cleanly and we’re extremely pleased with the results! Steve is very approachable and was brilliant with our 4 yr old who was keen to see what was being done (but a bit shy!). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JPS Electrical to anyone.

It was a real pleasure to have Steve come and add/move some sockets. He was very efficient and there was excellent communication throughout, he came exactly when he said he would and double checked things when needed. A nice neat job too! Couldn't ask for more.

Steve was great. was able to prioritize my job as had guests in the next few days. Friendly but the right side chatty, kept me informed what was going on without going into details I wouldn't understand and generally all round fab. Thanks Steve.
