Had a great experience with fiona & her team at bradley's from purchasing my property and then guiding me through the letting process and finding a tenant within 3 days!! i would highly recommend bradley's to anyone purchasing or letting a property. they have vast experience & knowledge of both markets.
As a tenant, i have had an excellent experience of dealing with the team at bradley & co over the last 18 months. they worked hard to streamline my moving-in process, and were very responsive when i had queries or issues.
Bradley and co’s clifton agents are highly professional, knowledgeable and attentive. anna was exceptional throughout the whole lettings process, from showing us around the property, to overseeing our tenancy application and keeping us informed every step of the way. in a highly competitive rental market, she was absolutely key in securing a property that works for us and we are extremely grateful for her help! i could not recommend bradley and co more.
Excellent service from the beginning to the end of my property purchase with bradley and co. as a first time buyer, i was completely the dark about a number of things but this was not an issue for the bradley and co team, specifically fiona who i had the pleasure of dealing with. she answered any and all questions which i had and monitored the buying process all the way through which helped see the transaction completed within what felt like record time! very sad to hear the company will focus more towards letting/rentals from now on but would definitely refer bradley and co and the team to anyone looking for caring and professional service.
Breath of fresh air as a tenant. clear communication, accommodating to changing rent payment date, helpful in explaining situations, quick at resolving maintenance issues, helpful at contacting flat neighbours about issues, clear explanations of the end of tenancy process. felt like such a human rental experience which is annoyingly unusual, please don’t change bradley & co! i couldn’t recommend more.
