Excellent service from the beginning to the end of my property purchase with Bradley and Co. As a first time buyer, I was completely the dark about a number of things but this was not an issue for the Bradley and Co team, specifically Fiona who I had the pleasure of dealing with. She answered any and all questions which I had and monitored the buying process all the way through which helped see the transaction completed within what felt like record time! Very sad to hear the company will focus more towards letting/rentals from now on but would definitely refer Bradley and Co and the team to anyone looking for caring and professional service.

Breath of fresh air as a tenant. Clear communication, accommodating to changing rent payment date, helpful in explaining situations, quick at resolving maintenance issues, helpful at contacting flat neighbours about issues, clear explanations of the end of tenancy process. Felt like such a human rental experience which is annoyingly unusual, please don’t change Bradley & Co! I couldn’t recommend more.
