I've never had to arrange a funeral before tilly mum passed away and I couldn't be more prouder to say I was very happy with the service my mum and myself received from you and your company at R Davies & Son I would definitely recommend that people use them the respect and dignity we were given was out of this world and the quality of the service was excellent I definitely would be using this company again for me and my own children I would like to thank you all for everything you have done including respecting the wishes and feelings of all of us and taking special care of my mum she would be very proud I would also like to thank you for keeping in contact woth me though out all the arrangements with myself and my mum and even now I still get calls to see how I'm doing a d that's a few weeks after the funeral still so thank you so much for everything you have done

Initial interview was with Liz who was very helpful and considerate. Everything went smoothly but there was a slight hitch when something was left off the list of charges and the explanation was unclear. The Celebrant (Dave Chapman) was excellent giving us a lot of time to discuss our requirements. The service itself went very well and those who watched online said it was very professional. There was another small hitch with the details for watching the service live and then later as the details were incorrect on Facebook. Fortunately most people managed to access the service on their own initiative. The ashes were delivered within a week I would recommend R Davies and Son to any bereaved in future.
