I went to a showroom and the staff were excellent - great customer service in-person and in email previously when I requested some fabric samples. They let me know of an in-store discount and I found a sofa I love. Delivery time was shorter than most other companies I'd looked at and I absolutely love the sofa design and fabric - It's really unique and the quality is exceptional.

Ms Vicky Horsey from Bristol BoConcept was extremely helpful and very supportive. She helps me in decision making and had lots of time for me over phone. She was always available when needed, Vicky replied on emails very quickly and delivery of my Athena armchair was on time. Overall, my experience with BoConcept Bristol was exceptional.
