My roller shutter door stuck open yesterday, mid morning. I called a few other companies who couldnt get to me for a week - but Kingswood Doors said they would come after their other work for the day. They turned up much earlier than I expected, and they had a motor on the van that they could fit to replace mine that had failed. The guy who came was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was very happy that the problem could be sorted asap - as the door could not be wound down manually due to another fault - which the guy also sorted. Very happy with the service, would highly recommend.
Super quick response to my enquiry to replace motor on garage door. The quote was half the price of another company Kingswood Doors were excellent at customer service keeping me fully informed at all times.
