Up & Over Doors fitted a new garage door for us about 6 years ago. We'd had no problems with it until about a month ago when the control box completely died on me. I phoned up to get them out to fix it for me - expecting to have to buy a new control box. I was talked through some things to check and told the call out charge (which I felt was very reasonable)before they arranged the call out. The engineer who came out yesterday was cheerful and friendly and was happy to show me what he was doing. The control box was quickly fixed and my garage door was opening and closing again in no time. I'm more than happy to recommend them for both installation and repair.

We moved into a house which had Garrador garge doors fitted when it was built 10 years ago. After having issues with one door not shutting, I contacted Garrador direct and they pointed me towards Up & Over Doors in Bristol for servicing. Up & Over were able to send two engineers out in just a few days and I have to say that they were brilliant. They soon identified that our doors had been installed incorrectly and 10 years of operation had taken its toll on some parts. They were able rectify all the poor installation (brackets fitted the wrong way around, motor out of alignment, cables twisted, fixings missing) and repair the a broken section. They took time to explain everything to me and suggested additional work which could be done in the future but was an additional charge so they would get a quote to me. A less reputable company may have ripped me off over the poorly fitted doors but I felt trust in the two guys from Up & Over. They were friendly and polite and clearly knew there stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a great experience with Up and Over Doors, from initial call, to the site visit (free), door choice and pricing, ordering and the final installation. The install was extremely professional by the friendly affable team who had great attention to detail. The process and reasoning for installation decisions were explained and agreed. The team were excellent and the result is terrific. I finally have a garage that I can use for it’s original purpose – storing a car! For this hassle free and pleasant purchase experience I give a 5-star rating here as it more than well deserved!

I cannot fault Up & Over Doors for their professionalism, communication and quality work. They arrived on time and, despite my garage being far from square due to subsidence a few years back, they worked tirelessly to ensure a perfect fit and smooth operation. The door itself is really high quality, great security and has transformed the look of my garage. Would 100% recommend.
