Absolutely wonderful company to work for here at Bluebird💙 I’ve only been working for bluebird since December but it is honestly such a lovely company to work for, all staff members are excellent, always there when you need them and easily accessible which I struggled with in previous company’s. All staff members, including in the office go above and beyond for both other staff members and service users. Bluebird care is such a welcoming company, you’ll be missing out💙

Bluebird Care feels like a second family to me. I have worked for Bluebird for upwards of 6 years now and have had career progression opportunities that have put me where I am to day. They truly value their staff and their customers. I wouldn't work anywhere else!
