Was matched up with Suzanne to clean and change my bedding. She is Amazing and as I’m still getting used to having someone in my Home she has made this transition seamless. Hard Working and nothing is too much trouble.Unfortunately after a few weeks the day and times were continually changed. Yes I said flexible but this was frustrating and hanging around and then getting cancelled 30mins was too stressful so I have cancelled using this Company.

Working for Helping Hands has been an amazing experience and I hope to continue working with them for a long time. My team of carers are fantastic and really care for everyone. I am so proud to be a part of Helping Hands Chipping Sodbury!

Helping Hands has amazing carers that work here. We have full support from our Manager Bev who has been there at all times. Our team are happy to do anything required of them to keep our customers happy. I would not be looking to work elsewhere

! This review is solely aimed at the HH Chipping Sodbury Branch and the teams working there. My experiences over the last 2 years of the Chipping Sodbury branch is that I have received great support and respect when needed for whatever reason. Working in the care industry is new and is an educational experience for me. Our office branch has such honest, professional, cheerful and patient people who look after and guide their carers. The office team works long exhausting hours to resolve issues. The branch has experienced many changes. They should be proud of what they have achieved to date, for example setting up a good work culture. One of the biggest quality is they deeply care about and focus on their customers. I have been working for Helping Hands since March 2018, and I love my job. The office Management team are so friendly and helpful, and really make you feel valued. The team of carers are all great, and they really show that they care for every single customer.
