Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel

Absolutely classy and beautiful hotel in a central location in Bristol. The restaurant is fantastic. They have a very well-equipped fitness room. A nice little bar just off the lobby. Their AM breakfast spread is great. And finally, their staff are all personable and professional. We will be back!

We had a very comfortable and well-appointed room. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very central with lots of parking. Definitely our preferred hotel for our next visit.

A truly wonderful hotel experience! I was very shocked at the quality of absolutely everything. Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. They gave clear instructions and made me feel super comfortable about my stay! I stayed in a lovely room on ground floor, the room was cleaned to a high standard and it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great view! Thank you to all the lovely staff :-)

Not a great experience. Hotel staff were nice but another company runs the bar and food. They ouldn't give us bar snacks on a Saturday, even though we were staying there. They won't serve them Friday and Saturday as they are "too busy". The hotel staff thought it was outrageous and tried to help. In the end we ordered the bar snacks as room service. Shouldn't have bothered. Was dreadful, cold, dry and tasteless. Hotel rooms were OK. Bit dated for the price. Location was good. Extra: Nipped out for a kebab instead opposite the hotel. I'd like to say that was great but it wasn't.
