Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Haymarket) hotel

Usual spotless room and although didn't use the restaurant or bar the hotel didn't seem as welcoming as other premier inns. This may be more about the building than anything else, as a high rise building so not for those without a head for heights. Please don't be put off this hotel as in a good position even if limited parking. See view from the 14th floor in attached photo.

The rooms are big, clean and well furnished, the young lady at the reception who welcomed us has a really good attitude and smiling every time. Unlucky the continental breakfast was not really good and restaurant staff hasn't good manner like the receptionist, that's why one * less.

No fridge in room, no housekeeping in place. Stayed 2 days no one changed the sheets or the bins. The only positive is it's pretty quite and is kept clean . Service is pretty poor in terms of room service and house keeping.

Absolutely Brilliant the staff are Very Friendly and Helpful and as for the Restaurant the Mix Grill was the best I had had in a premier but unfortunately the second one was not so good but thats life different Cooks Different Tastes. I will definitely be going back it just depends when. Thankyou for your kind Service.
