Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Lewins Mead) hotel

Nice hotel in a great, convenient city centre location. We stayed in a Premier Plus room, which is highly recommended. Initially we couldn’t get into our room so we were moved for fear of a faulty door. The new room was clean and tidy, a star was removed as the room wasn’t quite ready as one of the coffee pods appeared to have been used already and the shower gel provided in the bathroom was empty. The staff in the hotel were kind, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We got a family room on the fourth floor when visiting for a university Open day. Exceeded my expectations. Very very comfortable bed. Great location. Very central. NCP nearby is handy if your driving. Will book again

Excellent location. Room was fine, Bed was a bit high, short-arse like me had to jump up on! Good all you can eat Breakfast for under a tenner. Perfect for getting an early bus somewhere, a minute walk max from the front door to the bus station.

Exceeded my expectations! Checking in and out very easy and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Large room with comfortable bed, fully cleaned and ready when I arrived. Impressed with 12pm check out as many UK hotels are 10am.

After my son awaiting life-saving surgery in Bristol Hospital near the hotel, all staff at the hotel have been outstanding they have been extremely accommodating, and the customer service has been truly exceptional. I cannot recommend it highly enough for others to stay here. Thank you seems so inadequate and has also sent our appreciation to head office.
