The sessions with Sarah have had a massive positive affect on my insomnia, I am now sleeping better as I am calmer when I go to bed and this is due to the techniques that I have been taught. I used to dread going to bed as I would lie awake for what felt like hours and then would struggle the next day to be productive. I am now getting to sleep a lot easier and find that more and more I am falling to sleep straight away. Such a positive experience that I would highly recommend.
